2. Facebook Messenger Chatbot

Our Facebook Messenger chatbot is designed to assist users by responding to messages automatically on behalf of a connected Facebook Page. Regarding this service:

• We do not store or share personal information from users interacting with the bot.
• The bot only accesses the minimal data required to operate (e.g., message content and sender ID) to provide automated responses in real-time.
• Access tokens and Page IDs are handled securely and are used exclusively for integrating Messenger features.
• No user data from these interactions is stored in a permanent database.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data:

• To provide automated bot responses and perform the service contract entered with you.
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your fundamental rights do not override those interests.

4. Google Workspace APIs

Our application, chatly-1-fcns.onrender.com, requests access to certain Google Workspace APIs (like Google Drive and Google Sheets). Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
